1. General ChemLin
is an information portal of the Digital-Verlag GmbH. For the provision of
contents and products liable to cost those here listed terms of delivery
and payment apply exclusively. Varying customer regulations require our
approval. On ordering the buyer accepts our current terms of delivery and
payment. The statement for the use of links is part of the General Terms
and Conditions. All previous terms and conditions are expired.
2. Delivery obligation and liability for services of the contractor
A delivery obligation for contents and products exists
exclusively in the agreed and/or reasonable limits for the contractor.
Delays in transmission of contents or products are not grounds for claim
for damages. We reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services
with good reason, if facts occure after the placing of an order that make
the provision of services in the agreed manner impossible or clearly more
difficult or unreasonable for the agency. The contractor has the
obligation to provide contents and products in the best possible or
reasonable quality. If contents and products are based on sources of third
parties, quality obligations are not assumed.
3. Fees and terms of payment
All services ordered apply plus the legal value-added tax. Prices are
subject to change and errors excepted. They are net payable without
deductions 14 days after receipt of invoice.

Right of use and property
The customer has the time unlimited, unrestricted and exclusive right of
use of all work results arising during the cooperation stipulated in the
contract and paid by him.
5. Liability and damages
The contractor is liable for those damages caused by him intentionally or
grossly negligent – no matter for what legal basis – once only up to a
total amount at the value of the ordered contents or products, however at
the most up to the amount of € 1.000,-. A more extensive liability is
ruled out.
6. Statement for the use of third-party links
The district court in Hamburg has decided with a verdict of
May 12, 1998 that by bringing out a link you possibly share the
responsibility for the contents of the linked page. According to the
district court this can only be prevented by expressly distancing yourself
from these constents. For all links on this homepage the following
applies: We have no influence whatsoever on the design and the contents of
the linked pages. Therefore we distance ourselves expressly from all
contents of the pages linked on our homepage and do not adopt to their
contents. This statement applies to all links located on our homepage .
